Booking policy
Waitlist Policy
If a class is fully booked, you can choose to join the waitlist.
- If a space becomes available more than 1 hour before the class, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically added.
- If a cancellation occurs within 1 hour of the class start time, all waitlisted clients will receive an email and/or push notification. The space will be allocated to the fastest responder.
Please ensure your email and push notifications are enabled so you can be contacted if a space becomes available.
Cancellation Policy
We operate a 12-hour cancellation policy.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, this must be done at least 12 hours before the class start time.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will result in the loss of that class credit.
All cancellations and reschedules must be completed via Evini. This allows waitlisted clients to be added automatically.
